Call and describe it
Tell us what you are seeing and roughly when it started. That is often enough for us to narrow it down before we arrive, and to tell you honestly whether it needs an emergency visit or can wait a few days.

Inspect and diagnose
We get up and look, inside the loft as well as on the roof where access allows. You get told what is actually wrong and shown photographs of it, not just handed a price.

Fix it, or make it safe
Most repairs are done on the same visit. Where weather or safety says otherwise, we make the roof watertight, agree a return date, and stick to it.

Do you handle emergency repairs?
Yes. Our normal hours are Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 18:00, but storm damage and active leaks are answered outside them. Call 07933 348 522 and you will get a person, not a call centre. If it is unsafe to work at height that night we will make the roof secure and come back to do the job properly rather than bodge it in the dark.
Will you try to sell me a new roof?
No. If your roof has ten good years left and needs six tiles and a bit of lead, that is what we will quote for and that is what we will do. We would rather do a small honest job and be the people you call in ten years than talk you into something you did not need.
How quickly can you come out?
For an active leak, usually within twenty-four to forty-eight hours across Worthing, Goring, East Preston and the surrounding coast. Non-urgent repairs are typically booked within a week or two depending on the season: autumn and after a big storm are always busier.
The leak only appears sometimes. Is that still worth calling about?
Very much so, and it is worth mentioning the pattern when you call. A leak that only shows in driving rain from one direction usually points at flashing or a wind-driven entry point; one that appears after heavy rain regardless of direction more often points at a blocked valley or gutter. That detail genuinely narrows the search.
